How long do the juices stay fresh?
Because our juices are raw and unpasteurized, they typically have a shelf life of 3 to 5 days. Please keep them refrigerated at all times and check the 'Enjoy By' date on each bottle.
What is the difference between cold-pressed and regular juice?
Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press to extract juice without heat or high-speed blades. This process preserves the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes for a more nutrient-dense drink.
How is my order shipped to ensure freshness?
We ship all orders in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with non-toxic ice packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your juice arrives cold and ready to drink.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. You can pause, skip, or cancel your recurring orders at any time before your next billing cycle begins.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available at any of our Kreation Juicery storefronts. Simply select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and choose your preferred location.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
