Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and fresh food products, we are unable to accept physical returns once an order has been delivered. If you experience an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Process

    Upon delivery, immediately check your items to ensure they are at the correct temperature and that all seals are intact.

    Document the Issue

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, take clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label as evidence.

    Email our team at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you collected.

    Receive Resolution

    Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will issue a replacement or a store credit to your account within 3-5 business days.
